The Isle of Wight Council has published a draft Island Planning Strategy which will open up many more of our green fields for large-scale speculative development. In the words of the new head of Planning, this strategy is the realisation of the ruling Conservative group's 2017 election manifesto.
The document is up for public consultation until noon on Monday 25th February. Your Green councillors are already reviewing the strategy; we need your help to highlight the best and worst of this document so that Islanders are aware of what the County has in store. Please review the strategy online and let us know your thoughts!
